Frequently asked questions
How often should air conditioning be serviced?
We recommend once a year, before summer. For second homes or units in heavy use, twice is better: before summer, and before winter if you also use it for heating.
What is aerothermal heating and is it worth it?
It is a heat pump that draws energy from the outside air to provide heating, cooling and hot water. In the Costa del Sol climate it is very efficient; we help you assess whether it suits your home.
Do you work with holiday rental properties?
Yes. We provide scheduled maintenance for owners, agencies and managers, with a report after every visit and an immediate alert if something needs repairing.
Can I get my quote in English?
Of course. We reply and send quotes and reports in English, Spanish or French.
Are you certified to handle refrigerant gases?
Yes. We hold Category I certification for handling fluorinated gases, which is required to install and repair air conditioning equipment in Spain.
