What data we process and why

We process the data you provide through our quote, maintenance and visit booking forms, as well as by WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, email, town, service requested, appointment date and any information you choose to share with us.

We use it solely to respond to your request, prepare quotes, manage appointments and provide the services you have engaged.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give when submitting the form and, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing the service contract. Tax and accounting obligations are based on compliance with legal obligations.

Retention

We keep data from requests that do not lead to a job for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To send emails and host the website we use providers that act as data processors, with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@merveilleclima.es. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
